FOXY LADY
Now here is a puppy who saw a hard start, but so far a happy life!
We picked Foxy (or rather I should say she picked us!) up at the Humane Society in Lehigh when she was a few months old. She was/ is adorable and cried and yipped when we walked away from her. 48 hours later she was barking and sniffing her way into our hearts at home. We guessed her birth date to be 22 Aug 1993. She was "fixed" (Oh, Mr. Carlin loves this one...) and has a really great tattoo! She was supposed to be relaxing for two weeks, but that puppy is ornery. She was climbing stairs just after the first week! She is a great joy when we travel, she loves to make new friends, but Bozhe help if someone tries something! She loves to hang out the window and takes great joy in playing with the electric windows.

8/11/03 Now almost ten years later she is looking to adopt a new family. It is now 1930 and at 1830 I relinquished her to the folks at the Northampton Borough Animal Shelter, which is a no-kill shelter. For these last several years she has lived a solitary life, and lonely. I work for too many hours a day and when I leave to when I get home she is alone. When I get home I am too busy or tired to play or keep her company so she sulks off to a corner and lies there even more. This is not living, this is merely surviving. Sure there were those times when I would bring her chicken wings or something would land in her dish to make her dance, but time is always an issue.
