TechnoBard's Code
The TechnoBards are as of the same philosophy as those of us who are
Bardagh.
We have moved among you throughout
time, living many secret lives. Many have known that we have been among you,
even when we were outlawed. Some stayed hidden to protect the knowledge they
carried. Sadly, some died without ever passing on the knowledge, some of which
has already faded ... for all time.
Bards have played many roles throughout history, but in one way or another have passed on the knowledge and wisdom of the ages. (More information on the Bards and their history)
In essence, today everyone who has placed
a WEB page carries the seed of a TechnoBard within, for on this great canvas
(the internet) we Technobards have begun the transition from the technical age
to the information-gathering age. What we TechnoBards do will define us in the
future and preserve the cultures and knowledge that are slowly vanishing.
Some of the information accumulated will be here for anyone to reference. Ideas,
tips, hints, tricks, and other information will be placed in volumes that will
be available to other TechnoBards for use in the future.
As a side note, the TechnoBards are NOT a militant group or associated with any political or other ties. We may be skilled in various trades in life, but those who choose to destroy or harm have lost site of what the TechnoBards stand for... preservation.
